About us

Why we are different.

We do not simply develop real estate. We align capital, community, institutions, and essential services to create places that perform financially and matter socially. Our approach is intentional, calculated, and disciplined.

By 2030, Russell Glen will develop more than twenty transformational projects in historically underinvested communities.

Track record

A short history with a long list of hard assets.

  1. Foundation

    Two decades of development experience

Before founding Russell Glen, Terrence Maiden led signature developments as Executive Vice President at Corinth Properties — Glen Oaks Crossing, Red Oak Crossing, Canyon in Oak Cliff, Alexan West Dallas, and the Sears redevelopment at Richardson Square.

  2. Dallas

    Russell Glen is established

A Dallas-based development and investment firm built on a dual mandate: measurable social change and market-rate financial returns for capital partners.

  3. RedBird

    A $400M transformation

Southwest Center Mall is reimagined as a 950,000 SF mixed-use destination anchored by UT Southwestern, Children's Medical Center, Dallas College, Parkland, and Burlington.

  4. Expansion

    Three lanes, multiple markets

Retail and mall redevelopment, grocery-anchored impact investment, and healthcare-anchored mixed-use extend into Lewisville, Pasadena, DeSoto, and Topeka.

  5. District scale

    Rivulet and Verdara

Master-planned communities totalling 135 acres move into development, adding for-sale housing, parks, and civic uses to the platform.

  6. By 2030

    More than twenty transformational projects

A vision committing more than two billion dollars to developments that drive societal impact in historically underinvested communities.
