Terrence Maiden

Founder / Chief Executive Officer

Chief Executive Officer and Managing Partner of Russell Glen, with more than two decades of real estate experience. He is at the forefront of the award-winning Shops at RedBird redevelopment. Previously Executive Vice President at Corinth Properties, where his signature projects included Glen Oaks Crossing, Red Oak Crossing, Canyon in Oak Cliff, Alexan West Dallas, and the Sears redevelopment at Richardson Square. A TCU engineering graduate and 2015 TCU Hall of Fame inductee, he serves as Chairman of the Maiden Foundation and on boards including the AT&T Performing Arts Center, ICSC (Trustee), UT Southwestern President's Advisory Board, ULI North Texas (Co-Chair), The Dallas Loop, and the UNT Dallas Foundation.

Neel Shetti

Chief Investment Officer

Leads investment strategy, underwriting, and capital markets with over 15 years of experience across multifamily, single-family, office, industrial, retail, and hotel. Previously a Vice President at Goldman Sachs, where he actively managed $1.5 billion in equity investments and commercial whole loans, working with sponsors, lenders, leasing teams, and operators to resolve credit weakness and emerging risk. He has managed portfolios at First Industrial, CBRE, and Colony Capital. B.S. in engineering from Columbia University; MBA from UC Berkeley's Haas School of Business.

Devin Wilmott Johnson

Chief Marketing Officer

Leads brand strategy, marketing, and creative direction, with a track record of building brand identities and high-impact campaigns for Fortune 500 companies and high-profile clients. Her work has been featured in Forbes, TED, Essence, ESPN, CBS, NBC, ABC, and Business Insider. Previously held C-suite roles across corporate and nonprofit organizations. B.S. from Iowa State University, where she founded her first six-figure business as an undergraduate. Presidential Lifetime Achievement Award recipient and Inaugural Oprah Host Committee Chair.
